How long does it take to ship an order?
Most of the time, we ship your order within 48 hours after the payment is received. You will be notified via email as soon as your order is shipped. When an item is in backorder, we will let you know the expected shipping time.
How can I track my order?
Your order will be shipped using USPS with delivery confirmation. Please do not confuse the USPS Delivery Confirmation number with a tracking number. The sole purpose of the Delivery Confirmation number is to notify the sender and the recipient when the order has been delivered. Very rarely will the status change to track the whereabouts of the package.
I did not receive my order. What can do?
The average delivery time is five business days after the shipment date. Beyond, please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and contact us to find a solution.
What should I do when my order has an error?
Please notify as soon as possible with your Paypal transaction number. We will arrange the shipment correcting the mistake promptly.
